We do not install products. KAZA is your product partner and leaves the installation to the professionals in this field.

What are the lead times for collection items?

There is no in-stock items in our factory, we produce only to order. Please keep in mind, several tiles are virtual design only, however all of them could be perfectly materialized. Ask for production time at info@kazaconcrete.com

What are the lead times for bespoke tile?

After having the accepted design, the precise production of the mould takes 3 up to 5 weeks, to manufacture the tiles could take 1-10 weeks upon quantity and diversity.

Can I return products?

Returns of collection items are allowed within 30 days, but will result in a 25% restocking fee plus return shipping. Bespoke items cannot be returned.

How can I get a KAZA catalogue?

You may download the catalogue directly from our website.

How often you refresh tile collections?

Due to our professional open source process, we have the possibility to virtualize endless contemporary and conceptional tile designs. Our team is always working on generating fresh content both to our online catalogue and to the showrooms of our partners. Please sign up for our newsletter.

What should I consider when purchasing tile?

You must always verify that the tile is suitable for the intended use. Some tile is appropriate for walls but not floors. Some considerations are indoor/outdoor, wet environments, countertops, and commercial projects. Other common considerations are design style, available colors, price.

How do I care for my KAZA products?

Wipe surfaces clean immediately after applying cleaner and do not allow cleaners to sit or soak. Rinse the product completely with water after applying solution using a soft, dampened sponge or cloth. Never use an abrasive material such as a brush or scouring pad to clean surfaces. Always wipe dry to avoid surface tone differences.

How can I get a sample of tile to see if it matches my design?
